Colorado’s leading natural stone importer and distributor, The Stone Collection, will relocate to a larger, state-of-the-art showroom and warehouse in Denver, Colorado this summer 2019. The Stone Collection has resided at its current facility off of Interstate 70 and Peoria Street in Denver since its inception in 2008. The new facility is located three miles West in Stapleton Business Park.
The move reflects over a decade of success and growth for the Colorado-born company, which has quickly grown to include nine locations in five states. The new, 110,000-square-foot showroom and product warehouse in Denver will join innovatively designed showrooms in Arizona, Texas, Utah and Florida, bolstering the brand’s reputation as one of the largest and most diverse suppliers of natural stone slabs in the nation.
The Stone Collection’s new Denver showroom will offer customers a unique experience in the Colorado market, with over ten individually-curated product galleries throughout the space, all dedicated to showcasing real-life project applications in both natural and engineered stone.
Designed by renowned architecture and consulting firm Gensler, the showroom entrance will be anchored by a floor-to-ceiling water feature in exotic natural stone, leading customers through two large birch trees and into a spacious welcome center. Skylights and windows introduce maximum daylight into the space, allowing hard surfaces to shine. A special dark gallery is included for viewing translucent, semi-precious stones, while the large conference space, multiple bar tops and flat screen televisions make the space a fantastic option for industry events and CEU courses. Customers will step out of the showroom and into the temperature-controlled stone slab gallery where they will be met with high-definition LED lighting, clean, wide rows, and a selection of nearly 15,000 stone slabs imported from over 35 countries.
The Stone Collection’s relocation will not only accommodate a more extensive inventory and new showroom, but it will also provide an improved customer experience with exceptional product displays and galleries, better accessibility, and convenient I-70 frontage, closer to Downtown Denver.
